Most expectant mothers pack their labor bag somewhere around 36 weeks. There is no real reason to wait that long if you are anxious or excited, or just trying to be overly cautions.
If you are experiencing preterm labor or are at risk for preterm birth, you should pack your bag around 32 weeks.
When you are packing your bag for the hospital you may not be sure what all to include.
